Concerning the instructor notes option....it's supposed to work like this:
with no options, show everything. Currently this is not the case, at least with this document. There may be another option... like teachingnote or something.
with handout, no answers, no teaching notes.
with handout and instructornotes, then no answers, but notes
with only noinstructornotes, then answers but no notes.
