Who can change/modify Judiciary members? #1

There is one question when we come into managing committees like Judiciary.

Intro: This committee is a list of addresses that are eligible to evaluate and vote on proposals. This parameter is set during the deployment of DAOFIN. what if sometime in future we want to add/remove one address within the committee. what would be the ideal solution:

  1. One whitelisted admin that is not in The committee can modify.(this admin address is not included in members)
  2. One of the existing members can modify
  3. need to make a proposal and then all the existing jurdiciaries, vote on it and say "YES"

I'd strongly recommend to leave your thought as a comment below if someone has an idea on that

Given the balance of power between the House, Senate, and Judiciary it seems like the Judiciary committee should have term limits and a vote should be held to replace members that are rotating out. Could probably quantify a few criteria for new Judiciary members related to how active they have been in the House or Senate.

Keeping the balance is crucial during the time. it should be changable after each election period.

There are two things that we need to consider here:

1- The proposer that propose a list of new members

NOTE on user experience: We can not give access to anyone to create this type of proposal. since, we're managing a list of addresses. realizing the owner of supplied addresses would be challenging. we're not supporting an Official ENS or zk KYC solution to identify the address behind. Judiciaries are already well-known to the community

2- It needs all the committees to vote on the above proposal

Based on the discussions, We have dedicated proposal Type to modify the existing Juries list. The Governance process decides on the new members in future. Initial deployment is a pre-selected list.
