Revoking a submitted vote by corresponding voter? #11

If a valid voter votes on a proposal, Will the voter be able to revoke/change the vote?

let's consider this example, a voter votes on a proposal at the beginning of Election period. the voter then is feel free to look at the other voters actions. due to some decision changes throughout community, the voter wants to change his/her vote based on the new agreement in community.
