Adding data refresh frequency control, Upper and lower price notice. #32

  1. User can set the data refresh frequency.
  2. User can set the Upper and Lower Price Notice. When the Bitcoin price reaching the set value, the user will be redirected to https://blockchain.info automatically.
  3. Shows the data refresh time spot.

Can you target the master branch instead? The dev branch is old. The updated version resides on the master branch.
