Feature that draws hud message above the head of the player. Actually, it can draw a message above any actor - you just provide actor TID and it makes all calculation and draw message right above it no matter player see the actor or it's hidden behind walls.
In case of aow it draws all teammates names, friendly c4 and nukes/ions. You can also "spot" enemy players, mech, c4, turrets, nukes/ions. The enemy actor is spotted only for 10 seconds for all your teammates.
