Hi. Not sure why, but Off the Record doesn't seem to work with the borderless setting. Works just fine for DR2.

OTR implementation is very very experimental, it might've broken by now

Same thing, currently not working for Windows 11, but ended up getting it to work using Borderless Windowed in conjunction with this program; hope it helps.
