Cards aren’t streaming #27

Having an odd issue with cards not streaming. FXmanifest is reading the file folders but not streaming them.

the card objects should exist in your base game as long as you have casino dlc on your server or newer

For some reason I still can’t get them to stream. I do indeed have the casino DLC on the server though
