Empty annotate file with "inconsistent naming convention for record" #29

Hello,

I'm running CLAM 1.2.1 and was able to install all dependencies but I'm getting this error when trying to annotate peaks:

Genome annotation loaded.
Intersecting peaks with genome annotation...
