Update naming readme #4

Updated: README Example files names and files IRIS commands IRIS scripts

tested for: python install within the activated conda environment IRIS commands

Not tested for: full IRIS package install (as the dependencies fixes are done in another branch)

I changed the variable names in these two scripts and went ahead to rebase and merge this branch with yours. These variable names have no influence to the function but I agree it would be better to be consistent. If everything looks good I will delete my 'readme and renaming' branch. Thanks
