SPI bus error with Lilygo T-ETH-Lite #62

I am using the UnitTestExample.ino with a T-ETH-Lite ESP32S3 board, however I am unable to get Ethernet to start.

My serial monitor output shows: 18:48:02.910 -> E (89) spi: spi_bus_initialize(756): SPI bus already initialized. 18:48:02.954 -> ETH start Failed! then the software goes into WiFi selection mode.

In case it helps to identify what my issue might be...

This issue is solved, thanks to another post I found here: https://github.com/Xinyuan-LilyGO/LilyGO-T-ETH-Series/issues/60

I simply copied over the updated ETHClass2.cpp and ETHClass2.h files, and all is fixed. Ethernet is now working properly.
