Unable to upload code in T-SIMCAM-S3 #24

I am frustrated with T-SIMCAM-S3... because I am unable to download code into it from Arduino IDE Please help me with above error which is shown in the image. Even I am not able to upload firmware from Flash Download which you people have given in the documentation.

Which example are you using?
