T-beam S3Core signal strenght too low. #119

I bought a new T-beam S3Core however signal strenght is never above 80%, not even when close to another device. Transmission distance also suffers, half of what it is on the Lilygo T3_V1.6.1.

Set the power to 22 and the current limit to 200mA?
