Bug: update joinStatus in OTAA in TTN #68

The variable joinStatus should be updated here. As currently, after joining, the state never gets into the EV_JOINED state, because it is fixed in EV_JOINING.

If you want to, I can make A PR.

Can you please provide a PR to default it to not entered state, PS: I tested this code before, it has a history of two years.
