Regarding USB Vendor ID #4

I've added support for this board in CircuitPython. I was wondering if LilyGo has a USB vendor ID, and if I could use that in the circuitpython board definition.

A VID and two PIDs are needed, one for Circuitpython and one for the TinyUF2 bootloader. Thanks in advance for any comments on this.

We don't have a vendor ID because we are not a USB organization.
