1 year ago The left scematic is from Quectel and they use another pin layout on the pcie interface. I currently work with moduls from simcom and they have the fitting pin assignment. So the problem is the market that has different standards and LilyGO has to pick one
Is the pin distribution of the communication modules as well as the reader using a standard pin layout or is it only compatible with lilygo?
I see discrepancies with commercial modules that make it impossible to communicate. On the image: Left: commercial module Right: Lilygo reader and modules Differences: several pins are different but by just looking at pins 17 and 19 you can see that they are not compatible
