Better build instructions please #60

What is the build environment? Is it Visual Studio or something else? On linux, that would appear to need the Arduino IDE Extension. But where to copy the libraries to? Can't get past include path problems - added an include to reach boards.h, but most of the other include files are somewhere else.

So I figured it's the Arduino IDE (standalone, nothing to do with Visual Studio). That sorted, the instructions work
