RS485 pin layout unclear + antennae interface #8

Its not immediately clear whats the port layout of the RS485 connector A and B (or CAN for that matter). See image:

Also what antennae interface is used? MHF3 or MHF4?

The middle interface is GND. You try to connect A to the following port. B continues above. Reverse it if communication fails. The place in the red circle in this picture is the external antenna. Can not be used.
