sim7600G schematic components needed #108

hi, there are some components in the attached schematic that I can not find a reference name for. for example, the level shifter or I don't know what is next to the USB C.. image or this guy here: image could anyone please clarify?

8L1 is actually NC, no, only R2, R1 I don't know the DCDC inductor model, it should be 3x3mm

and the 1L2 is a normal inductor? 1.5u??
