MX1.25mm 2 pin connector usage?

What is the MX1.5mm 2 pin connector for? I assume for a battery, since it reads 4.2v when USB C is connected?

There doesn't seem to be any mention of it in the schematics?

Could you please update the the schematics and other details around this connector.
