The STL is not like images #1

When I download the STL file in CURA I cant print separate parts like the example images

Suggest you use another 3D software to open

In all the software I used, the model provided by you is grouped in a single layer and I can't separate it. What program do you use so that I can test here if I can actually print the parts separately?
