"ESP32 Dev Module" is selected in the procedure of the image below, Port is "cu.SLAB_USBtoUAR" https://github.com/Xinyuan-LilyGO/LilyGO-T-Wristband#3-precautions

Make sure your FPC terminals are not connected incorrectly
