Functions zbhci_ZclOnoffToggle, zbhci_ZclLevelMove2level and maybe others as well, are not working in all address modes.
I had a look in zbhci.c and noticed that they have only to address modes defined - 0x01 and 0x03.
So address mode 0x02 and 0x00 are not working
