How to flash and debug? #6

Unfortunately I couldn't find any information of how to flash and debug my firmware on T-solar

I gave up using this board. Now changed to STM32WLE5.

Thank you :) i've been eying the Rak3172 for a while, and ordered it. can't wait to play with it... i hope it's mature enough...
