T-watch V1 xtensa-esp32-elf-gcc: error #125

Hello i have used the sketch before LilGo GUI and it worked in the past. But now i get this error xtensa-esp32-elf-gcc: error: CreateProcess: No such file or directory. I'm not sure what to do can someone please help me? I did select the right watch in the config file LILYGO_WATCH_2020_V1 Because i just used a analog sketch and that works perfectly fine. But i tried it in the past and i know it does work.
