TTGO T-watch 2019 Bluetooth is undefined when running NES example #213

When I run the NES routine and enable DABBLE APP control, an error occurs during compilation. It shows that the Bluetooth-related functions are not defined as shown below. How to solve it? 20231024-153845

The example has been written for a long time. There have been many changes to the arduino esp32 core in the later period. Please go back to the previous version.
