XS 12.1.5: Bug report sales price #108

  1. if not any sale policy is set the script will set policy to no sale automatically: didn't happen in all, just some(to many) subdivisions

  2. price sets to 0 if there is no product for sale; purchase orders aren't fullfilled if current price was 0 and purchasing subdivision (warehouse) is not managed by XS. Solution: do not set price to 0 in case there is no product on stock but the sales price is higher than 0

  2. change "set" to "hold" (It means, "set" price to 0 if prime cost is zero or "hold" old price if prime cost is zero)
