7 years ago I think factories require absolute priority (over store supplies) and most players probably use separate warehouses anyway. In fact, to make full use of all the sales and supply functions, even more warehouses are needed:
- the script combination sales/purchase in warehouses only works if there's an actual sales contract with quantity greater than 0, and only single supplier for each product: when a product has set sales contract to 0, XIO will mess up order quantities e.g. put all order quantities for all other, following products to 0.
- Its not possible to collect ALL available quantity of a product from MULTIPLE (own) factories
- its not possible to manage a product which requires quality mixing from 2 or more factories
Sales management as your proposal comes closer to the script pair "saveShopInfo" and "Shop warehouse" which i've proposed to you earlier. They display selling prices at the stores in the sales page of the warehouse or factory, adjustments have do be made manually. The current script pair requires the actual trade hall being loaded so that the prices can be shown properly, which is rather tedious and has a disadvantage because saving data above a certain amount of trade halls loaded ad the same time doesn't work.
Automatically change the supply priority of orders on the sale page of a factory or warehouse.
Possible functions: -Own company first -Members of the corporations first -Smallest order first -Stores first, factory second and warehouses last
