Add option to ignore pending transaction #79

This PR implements feature request #78

Additionally it contains a small improvement to the recently introduced today button

@Xiphe the functionality of the feature is working fine but there is one bug that I can not figure out: In the settings pane the checkbox for controlling the new feature does not visually toggle from selected to unselected state. The functionality itself is toggling and when reopening the settings panel the state is correctly shown. Toggling from unselected to selected is working fine. It would be great if you could take a look at it.
