Use react or vue for UI #1

A decision needs to be on which framework will be used for the user interface

My initial investigation points to vue.js as much lighter framework and easy to learn and apply. However, as much as react has complex set up and slight steep learning curve. I lean more towards react simple because of the market share it commands currently. I know vue is catching up as well.
