Implement Proper File Uploader #16

Mod version's need to be updated to use the following file uploader: https://github.com/lian-yue/vue-upload-component

Little bit of an update on this. I've got the new uploaded added into a branch of the project. It currently is just a very basic implementation. Until we can get a way to do chunk uploads I am going to hold off on finishing it.
