Structuring image directory to pass into CTransPath #21

Hi all, great work with this model. I would like to use it on some of our pancreatic images. Is there a Jupyter notebook or example page about how to structure the image directories to pass into CTransPath and run this file "python get_features_CTransPath.py". Thanks in advance.

Hi, You can see here https://github.com/mahmoodlab/CLAM, In the Feature Extraction, in this step, replace the model with ctranspath and you are ready to run. You can also refer to this https://github.com/KatherLab/marugoto. (Feature extraction) Thanks Xiyue Wang
