possibility to trigger cookie ban #22

appending ?die=1 to a URL would trigger the "request denied" screen with the cookie ban and logging (which normally should only be triggered when the firewall says so, I guess)

I'll need to check the firewall and see if that still triggers a cookie-based ban.
