A more generalized version of Issue 1: TAS ISO plugin crashes without image selected #10

1. Use TAS ISO plugin 0.2.
2. Set the ISO plugin not to use any default disc image (ISO).
3. Whenever the emulator asks you to open an ISO file via a file dialog
box, cancel and close the dialog.
4. If any error messages pop up, click OK.

Since I canceled opening the image, the emulator should revert to the state
before it needed to use the image. Instead, it crashes.

This crash happens with PCSX 0.07-0.10.
