Heya! I've finished my first contribution! This PR adds:

WhileWithIteration, a ProtoFlux node identical to While but with an output for i
AsyncWhileWithIteration, same as above but async!
UserFromUserRef, this one was just a personal pain of mine :3

my testing has proved that i accidentally started indexing at 1, rather than 0
