improve connection handling

add midi message buffer for 14 bit CC messages (closes #51)

renames aftertouch nodes for clarity

add OldTypeName attribute to binding generator

add OldTypeName attribute to some nodes that got their names/namespaces changed

remove debug sync fields from midi input device component

add AutoMap feature to pitch wheel value component

add normalized value properties to event data

implement system realtime events handling

implement program event handling

interpret NoteOn with zero velocity as a NoteOff

just wanted it cleaned up in a midi folder
