【IMPORT FAILED】in M3 MAX #58

Is there a way to get around nvcc?

Oh you are trying to use it on a mac.. I unfortunately only have an old M1 with 16Gb's of RAM so can't really test anything mac related here, but I'll take a shot installing it. I'd be happy to make it compatible if I had the means to get my hands on some more current hardware, but having a 4090 here defeats the purpose of any nice aluminium arm based computer here :D

stable-fast can be commented in the install.py's repo list as s first.
