Regression: unable to show/hide toolbars via right click #2130

Operating System Version and Architecture

Debian 6.1.106-3 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Describe Bug

Right click the toolbar, then select/unselect to show/hide a toolbar.

Workaround: instead of right-clicking, it is possible to select/unselect via the "View" manual. However, the tab toolbar is not shown there.

Expected Behavior

The toolbar in question is shown/hidden.

Could you help solve this issue @Minzihao

If you try to hide the main toolbar or focus toolbar with a right-click, you will encounter the same issue.
