"Menus" and content on the sidebar, are too narrow on small layouts in some cases #103

i noticed this in the Cinnamon/DE page on smaller layouts testing other things out

i am thinking this should be a universal width

in that areas at a smallER screen that has not gone to mobile layout yet but is still using a small desktop look, I need better UX between each of the sidebar links ... things are running together (to the eye) ... I dont want to put too much of a gap in between each link, though

I forgot which commit(s?) addressed this ... but by https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/website/commit/e6de1582716617580581ca9dc887ffdc0fa3e00c, things are working as expected ... minus menu issues mentioned in this issue ~> https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/website/issues/127
