[Consideration] Move Mobile menu button to bottom of screen for better user UX

after all its easier for say people on phones to click menus at the bottom of the screen (to trigger the menu) if they are using one hand

While i like what i have done so far, the title disappears on the FRONT page which is not my intention but I forgot about that.

While the title text disappears on small screens, I WOULD want it there on the VERY first page
