Forgot to add the Install info when I closed this issue, before

This is getting ready to be wrapped up ... have to add custom install info (for say Tumbleweed vs Leap 42.3 ... or for Mint vs Ubuntu...etc etc)

Also I have to sort out the info i have with KDE Neon and figure out how i can display that ONLY for the Ubuntu page AND ONLY for Plasma 5 so there is not a blank space for other distros in the same spot

the CSS can use some touchup too, when it comes to spacing
