[TODO] Remove HYPER specific CSS/SCSS code #85

i think part of it was hacks due to the parant card__header being display:grid and i wanted display: flex on some pages

i think i changed the global card__header to flex so most of what I REMEMBER adding is no longer needed and the CSS can be slimmed down accordingly

some of the CSS may not be needed but the ID's i think are used in some sections to tie the JSON and JS together
