FINISH removing references to Ubuntu Gnome #88

Apparently with say screenshots I forgot to remove this years ago ... also check what (Unity or Gnome) the current Ubuntu screenshots are ... the idea is I can just change a JSON entry or two to now point to the Ubuntu screenshot since they use Gnome
