Code to address moving extracted tarballs to ~/Programs/<program name> and adding to menu #184

i have this done to a point but i'd like to NOT HAVE THIS code in each area i have to use it.

BASICALLY what I mean by this issue is a sort of "template" way of doing what I have now (the moving to /Programs) and adding to menu (I have that now too) but where i can say call (another function? ... do i include this in something existing?) and it does it all at once
