The title makes little sense but what i mean is say
1 - NATIVE packages when they are there
2 - (Arch) if needed do i trust the AUR? do I go with a Flatpak when I can even if the AUR has something?
3 - how do i handle snaps? (not 100% against them myself but i am not a fan of every app that use to be native in Ubuntu's base becoming a snap only ... especially the MOST COMMON apps)
4- (openSUSE/Fedora) like the AUR with arch's base .... how do i handle pacman (repo) or rpmfusion? ... do I trust them?
5 - extracting and running tar files are fine (not compiling ... the tars you can extract and run the app) but this has the same issue as AppImages .. .this doesn't update
