f_createMenuItems.cfg file may have out of date code #199

i have put some of the same sort of content in a f_thirdparty... .cfg file and I am not sure i need some of this code any longer

by this commit https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/commit/dd68ca5b310075a44be108f8ecbd6466e985b4b6 (I shrink a few specific ones) this seems to have been addressed ... there is one function there i am not sure about but a few others i had in there are all gone since they were no longer needed
