[Addition] Add Unsnap #207

Add Unsnap https://github.com/popey/unsnap

This should "install" unsnap but not run it per-say

since this is pre-alpha according to Popey (I think) and listed as probably not ready, i will put this in the "come back to later" pile of ideas ... also last update to the master branch was 10 months ago
