Linux Mint 21 Support #214

When running tests for the deb-get install code i noticed in a VM that Linux Mint 21 is not being detected as Ubuntu based

https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/commit/e99f0714dba32ec0eb6801f62ec0a00322b7d214 fixed part of it, but having PPA issues ... https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/commit/acdd5c98730542cd2d1319e46b6bf48e355cb9bc fixed that

Tested 3 random PPAs in my script and the installed no problem detecting Mint 21's base too
