better AUR UX/UI when install AUR packages on Arch based distros #224

testing other stuff, I found that anytime an AUR related package is detected, the check for the AURHelper is ran and displayed. What i think would be better is to have that displayed ONCE perhaps but not everytime.

this issue may need to be renamed due to what i changed becoming more refactoring of the AUR code than I planned on at the start

https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/commit/36429e7a05ff5bccfa4a4ac7b9b495b4cd2678c5 by this commit if there is no var set and its not in the archSettings file then it DOES let the user choose the arch helper but then gets stuck there and doesn't return to installing the app from the AUR

if things are setup already it works
