Non-hardcoded Menu files #231

This is just an idea but instead of having hardcoded menu files ... find out what i HAVE TO HAVE in a .desktop file ... set that in software functions to vars and then say another function uses those values to create the .desktop file with all the needed info

by here ( https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/commit/fcfe8db6e4b3d863d8aa48e8e3a1c76f1d0f149b ) things are cleaned up and the only thing keeping this open is that plasma 5 issue on openSUSE i saw

While i cant explain why things get put in a .hidden catagory on my bare metal Tumbleweed install, ALL tests (including a fresh Plasma5 TW install ... which is what the baremetal one is, in a VM this time) ALL WORK ... I can not reproduce the issue on so many other installs ... I am callnig this done
