Strawberry not installing on Mint by default #249

the ppa gets added but because of the setting "install ppa software by default" or whatever i called it, its not installing Strawberry by default

I am pretty sure this is fixed here https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/commit/c2ea1dacdee727a224bb57748132a25de2d6cc11 but i just want to run a test first before closing this and creating a new release

not sure how it passed before but NOT installing packages from PPAs by default (which is customizable by the user if they want) IS AND SHOULD BE the default. Adding one line installs Strawberry now on Ubuntu bases
